Flipper Zero, Russian Born Hacking Device On Track To Earn $80M Worth Of Sales
#HACKERNEWS
Despite various government authorities objections and despite the anxiety of many that this device will open a Pandora's Box of hacker-related crimes along with many nefarious hacker activities, the Russian born hacking gadget Flipper Zero, is on steady on course with their products long anticipated rease.
To be honest when your product has been forecasted to generate $80 million in sales, would you not proceed as well?
Does the company have a responsibility and therefore have a duty to make sure the device doesn't get into the wrong hands?
If such an imposing, idealistic concept was true then should any one who makes a sword, a knife, a hammer, or nail gun, in fact if this was true then the very smart phones you hold in your hand could be perceived as a dangerous device. Whose makers should regulate and be held responsible for any wrong doing that these tools and devices are used for.
Thankfully, this is not the case.
Flipper Zero is (and always has been) created as a tool and gadget aimed at those with interests in cyber security. While it's capable of being used with ill-intentions, this is no more so than a hammer, a tool meant to build and mend, can be used for brutal means when put in the wrong hands.
Flipper Zero is no more dangerous than a regular smartphone, which when put in the hands of a menacing person could be used for nearly-similar hacker-based crimes as what this gadget is allegedly capable of. Any tool has the potential to be used as a weapon, any person has the capability of doing what is right and also the same capacity for doing what is wrong.
